| Ninghai GuangDa Mould Manufacture C0.,Ltd is a private-owned enterprise,specialized in manufacturing and Processing large and medium plastic mould with more than thirty-years experience.We mainly make components and parts of television,washing machine,refrigerator air-conditioner,automobile,motorcycle and plastic mould of large clean PC lamp house chimney etc with products being exported to many areas, such as Germany,America,Japan,Egypt,Hungary,and Turkey and so on.
Our company is located at YueLong Economic-development area in Ninghai county with convenient traffic.The factory covers an area of 5,000 square meters,we have fixed assets of more than 12 million Yuan and annual value of output of 40 million Yuan(25 million Yuan for mould manufacture)with capability more than 200 sets yearly and maximal weight 16 tons each.We have adopted CAD/CAM/CAE to manufacture and process mould and own advanced data-control processing center of Mazak made in Japan,Dahlih made in Taiwan which are unique in the area of Ningbo and has fully mould equipments including electric sparks and line cutting totally 36 units and 18 computers with maximum size 320025001000mm,weight 10 tons.At present,We have plastic machines HTB200X/1.HTB360X/1.HTF1000X/1 made in HaiTian NingBo with capacity from 400 gram to 5000 gram.There are 78 employees in our company with 30 technicians including 16 persons with Bachelor degrees and 14 persons gradurating from technical secondary schools.
